Welcome to ConnectPlay. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ConnectPlay website and mobile application. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Conduct and Content Guidelines

ConnectPlay is a community platform for planning sports activities and events. You agree not to use the service to:

Harass, abuse, or threaten other players or event creators.
Post spam, promotional material, or offensive content in public chats, activities, or feedback sections.
Submit false or misleading reviews or ratings.
Impersonate any other person or user.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these community guidelines without prior notice.

3. Event and Activity Organization

Creators of events and activities are solely responsible for the description, logistics, and safety of their organized gatherings. ConnectPlay is a platform matching users and does not accept liability for any accidents, injuries, or disputes that occur during physical activities arranged via the application.

4. Premium Memberships and Payments

Some features require premium plans. All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and statutory rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and design assets on the website and mobile app (including text, graphics, logos, and code) are the intellectual property of the ConnectPlay Team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the ConnectPlay Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the platform services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
